This Privacy Policy applies to the Services and to personal data we process in connection with them. It does not govern third-party websites, app stores, advertising networks, social platforms or payment services that operate under their own privacy policies.
3. Personal data we collect
The personal data we collect depends on how you use the Services, your device, your privacy choices and the features available in your version of the application.

- Game and usage data: player ID, login time, session duration, game progress, levels, scores, virtual-item balances, feature interactions, event participation and gameplay events.
- Diagnostics and security data: crash reports, error logs, performance data, suspected cheating, fraud signals, security events and relevant server logs.
- Advertising and analytics data: advertising identifier (such as IDFA or Android Advertising ID), SDK instance ID, installation source, campaign attribution, ad impressions, clicks, approximate location inferred from IP address and consent or advertising preferences, where permitted by law and device settings.
We do not seek to collect precise GPS location, government identification numbers, health information, biometric data or payment-card numbers through the game unless a specific feature clearly tells you otherwise and a lawful basis exists.
3.3 Information from third parties
We may receive information from:
- an app store or payment platform, such as purchase status, product purchased, transaction identifier, currency and region; we generally do not receive your full payment-card details;
- a social login or platform account you choose to connect, such as a platform user ID, nickname, avatar and authentication token, subject to your platform settings;
- advertising and attribution providers, such as campaign, installation and advertising interaction data; and
- fraud-prevention, security and customer-support providers.
4. How we use personal data
We use personal data to:
- provide, operate, maintain and personalise the Services;
- create and authenticate accounts, save progress and synchronise game data;
- process and verify purchases, deliver Virtual Items and maintain transaction records;
- provide customer support and respond to complaints, requests and disputes;
- operate game events, leaderboards, social features and communications;
- measure performance, diagnose errors, analyse usage and improve gameplay, balance and accessibility;
- provide, measure and limit advertising, including personalised advertising only where permitted and, where required, with your consent;
- attribute installations and understand the effectiveness of marketing campaigns;
- detect, investigate and prevent cheating, fraud, abuse, unauthorised transactions and security incidents;
- enforce our User Agreement and protect users, our rights and the integrity of the Services;
- comply with legal obligations and respond to lawful requests; and
- establish, exercise or defend legal claims.
We will not use personal data for a new purpose that is incompatible with the purpose disclosed at collection unless permitted by law or we provide notice and obtain any required consent.
5. Legal grounds for processing
Where applicable law requires us to identify a legal ground, we rely on one or more of the following:
- performance of a contract: to provide the Services you request and administer your account and purchases;
- consent: for personalised advertising, certain device permissions or other processing where consent is required;
- legitimate interests: to secure, analyse, maintain and improve the Services, prevent fraud and enforce our terms, provided those interests are not overridden by your rights;
- legal obligation: to comply with tax, accounting, consumer-protection, law-enforcement and other legal requirements; and
- protection of rights and safety: to protect users, the public, our Services and legal rights where permitted by law.
You may withdraw consent at any time through the relevant in-game setting, device setting or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out lawfully.
6. When we disclose personal data
We may disclose personal data to the following recipients only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above:
- service providers: cloud hosting, data storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, moderation, security, fraud prevention, advertising, attribution and technical operations providers;
- platforms and payment providers: Apple App Store, Google Play and other stores or payment providers used to distribute the Services or process purchases;
- advertising partners: where advertising is enabled and subject to applicable consent and privacy choices;
- professional advisers: lawyers, auditors, accountants, insurers and other advisers under appropriate duties of confidentiality;
- authorities and other parties for legal reasons: where disclosure is required by law, legal process or a valid request, or is reasonably necessary to protect rights, safety and security; and
- corporate transaction recipients: a buyer, investor, affiliate or adviser involved in a merger, financing, reorganisation, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to appropriate safeguards.
We do not sell personal data for money. Some privacy laws define “sale”, “sharing” or targeted advertising broadly; where those laws apply, we provide any required notice and choice.
7. Third-party SDKs and services
The Services may contain software development kits (“SDKs”) supplied by third parties. Depending on the released version and your device, these SDKs may collect device, usage, diagnostic, advertising or attribution information under their own privacy policies.
- Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads: advertising delivery, measurement, fraud prevention and consent management — https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Meta / Facebook SDK: login, analytics, attribution or advertising features — https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
- Google Firebase: analytics, crash reporting, installation measurement and technical operations — https://firebase.google.com/support/privacy
- Adjust: mobile measurement, attribution, fraud prevention and campaign analytics — https://www.adjust.com/terms/privacy-policy/
The inclusion of a provider above does not mean every SDK or function is active in every build. The production version of this Privacy Policy and the app-store privacy disclosures must be checked against the SDKs and configurations actually included in the released application.
8. Advertising and your choices
Where advertising is available, we and our advertising partners may use advertising identifiers and related data to deliver, cap, measure and, with any required consent, personalise advertisements.
You may be able to control advertising through:
- the consent or privacy settings displayed in the Services;
- Apple’s App Tracking Transparency prompt and iOS privacy settings;
- Android advertising privacy settings, including resetting or deleting the advertising ID where supported; and
- the settings provided by the relevant advertising partner.
Declining personalised advertising does not necessarily remove advertisements; you may receive contextual or non-personalised advertisements instead.
9. Cookies and local technologies
The mobile application may use device storage, SDK identifiers, tokens and similar local technologies to maintain sessions, remember settings, prevent fraud and support analytics. Related websites may use cookies or similar technologies. You may control some of these technologies through your browser, device or in-service settings, but disabling them may affect functionality.
10. International data transfers
We operate from Hong Kong and use service providers that may process personal data in other countries or regions, including locations where data-protection laws differ from those where you live. Where required, we use reasonable and appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers, such as contractual protections, access controls, data minimisation and transfer assessments. By using the Services, your data may be processed in Hong Kong and other locations necessary to provide the Services, subject to applicable law.
11. Data retention and deletion
We retain personal data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including while your account remains active, and for any additional period required to comply with legal, accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution and enforcement obligations.
Retention periods vary by data type. Account and gameplay data may be kept while the account is active; customer-support and transaction records may be retained for a reasonable period after resolution; security logs are generally kept for a shorter period unless needed for an investigation. When data is no longer required, we delete it, anonymise it or securely isolate it until deletion is possible.
You may request account deletion through [in-game account deletion path] or by contacting the email address in section 16. Deleting the application from your device does not by itself delete your account. We may retain limited information where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims, prevent fraud or document your request.
12. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical and organisational safeguards designed to protect personal data, including access controls, data minimisation, secure transmission where appropriate, logging and vendor management. No network, storage system or security measure is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Please protect your device and account and contact us if you suspect unauthorised access.
13. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
- request access to or a copy of your personal data;
- request correction or supplementation of inaccurate or incomplete data;
- request deletion of personal data;
- request restriction of, or object to, certain processing;
- withdraw consent where processing is based on consent;
- request data portability where applicable;
- opt out of certain personalised advertising or data sharing where applicable; and
- complain to a competent data-protection authority.
To exercise a right, contact us using section 16 and provide enough information for us to identify your account and request. We may ask for reasonable verification to protect your data. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. Rights may be limited where an exception applies, such as legal retention requirements, the rights of others or fraud prevention.
